Experts at Gartner, the renowned technology analyst, prepare a document to help businesses find and select this type of solution: the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA). In the latest update of this report, two of the CRM solutions promoted by Intelligence Partner stood out from the rest: SugarCRM and Salesforce.
