Cloudlock: Safe documents in the cloud
Intelligence Partner is the first Cloudlock reseller in Spain. Cloudlock is a tool for the advanced management and auditing of Google Docs and Google Sites. Cloudlock makes it easy and comfortable to control and view all the documents in a domain. Among other things, this tool allows users to:
- Identify which documents and sites are shared within and outside their domain and the users involved.
- Manage access privileges to the various documents.
- Audit actions performed by users who have administrative privileges on Cloudlock.
- Generate different types of reports.
- Extract the list of documents that match various search criteria and apply the necessary policies using e-Discovery.
- Block documents with Vault (Safe). This option is very handy when you need to lock a document so that it cannot be modified any longer.
