The goal of Intelligence Partner’s Help Desk for Google Maps for Business is to offer you quick and effective assistance when using Google GEO tools. The service includes:
- Top level tech support.
- Web portalfor incident management. A centralised and intuitive system with direct access to our engineers. From this access point, you will be aware, at all times, of past incidents, open incidents and their status. In addition, we also offer dial-up access to our engineers.
- Commitment to respond to any query within 24 hours. For top priority cases (P1), i.e. when the service is disabled due to an error, response times will less than 4 working hours.
- We manage the relationship with Google’s support service. We act as intermediaries regarding any issues with Google. This provides smoother, faster and more effective communications.
- From 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
- The access of two contact persons to the portal with the possibility of contracting more contact persons.
- Discounts on courses and webinars published on our website.
